WELCOME!

I’m Jennifer Brizuela, LCSW offering online therapy for individuals and couples across California. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and emotions that keep you feeling stuck or disconnected, and work toward greater clarity, connection, and self-understanding.

My approach is trauma-informed and attachment-based, grounded in compassion and collaboration. Whether you’re seeking to heal from past experiences, strengthen your relationships, or simply feel more at ease in your life — this is a space where growth and healing can begin.

    What is therapy?

Therapy is a safe space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. It's a collaborative journey where you are supported every step of the way. Together, we work to understand your challenges and uncover your strengths.

How do I choose the right therapist?

When choosing a therapist, prioritize someone who exudes warmth and compassion. Look for someone who makes you feel understood and valued. Seek out a therapist whose approach feels supportive, creating a safe space for you to explore your emotions and experiences.

    What is my approach?

My approach involves empathic listening, is gentle- but firm, includes humor, and most importantly, meets you where you are. I aim to create a space where we can build trust, and safety, express vulnerability, look at our “raw spots”, and gain clarity into ourselves.

Connection is Key

What do you remember as you sit back and reflect on your early connections in life?

"Contrary to what we may have been taught to think, unnecessary and unchosen suffering wounds us but need not scar us for life. It does mark us. What we allow the mark of our suffering to become is in our own hands."
